We offer online medical screening for your dog, meaning you can cover pre-existing medical conditions if you insure with us and you’ll only pay the premium relevant to your dog’s medical history.
We also cover most ongoing (chronic) conditions, so even if your dog is currently taking medications we are usually able to accommodate this.
Plus it’s quite novel to see how much your dog’s pre-existing medical conditions actually cost to insure.
You decide the vet fee limit up to £8,000 per annum and you decide whether to increase the policy excess in return for a discount.
If you need to claim we charge a 20% co-payment for dogs aged 7-11 years, and 25% for dogs 12 and over but we’ll only charge one excess for the whole year.
